anyone know why my game language is messe up?

I used locale emulator to open the game then game itself is working fine but language is all messed up
using Ntlea doesn't even open the game in the first time.
game name is 姉姉W催眠2

Might be system language encoding which you change in the Windows language settings; or worst case scenario, you might have to run a virtual environment (VMWare for example) with an OS that has the correct language configuration.
