Hello, i recently download a game (https://www.mikocon.com/thread-50885-1-4.html), now i want to install it, but i don't know how... please some one can explain me?  something like that comes out, and i press install, and then i don't know how continue or or what you're supposed to do.

You have to use a program called locale emulator.

So, what you gonna do is that press install, and process with the menu. if there are any problem i would suggest two option. First will be what  @hdssumpqwxnt was saying, using the locale emulator. Second you could go to your control panel and change your locale to japenese. that will solve the problem too.
