Missing file report!!

I just download https://www.mikocon.com/thread-41425-1-1.html this file

and one of the files is offline html content.

and when you look at the page, there is a download menu,

and at the bottom of the page, there is download link for Tomoka_artworks.zip (30MB)

of course, it's an offline link, so there should be Tomoka_artworks.zip somewhere.

but there is no file called tomoka_artworks.zip anywhere

I'm reporting because I think the file is missing.
